- Turnaround
- 1-2 days
What this is
A review by a panel advocate of a contract, agreement, offer letter, terms or notice you have received or been asked to sign - what it means, the risks and one-sided terms, the clauses to change, and what to do next - delivered as a written note with a marked-up copy where useful. It is for anyone about to sign something, or who has received something they do not fully understand.
What you get
A written review note signed by our panel advocate on letterhead, summarising what the document does, the obligations and risks it places on you, the clauses that are unusual, one-sided or unenforceable, the changes or protections to ask for, any time limit or action the document triggers, and the recommended next step, together with a marked-up copy of the document showing the suggested changes where the document is editable. The review does not itself negotiate, reply or redraft; those are separate services.
