Is LegalDoc360 a law firm?+

LegalDoc360 is a legal technology platform, not a law firm. The platform facilitates legal document drafting, notice dispatch and advocate connections through technology. The legal work itself is done by independent advocates, regulated under the Advocates Act, 1961, who carry professional responsibility for it.

Does the technology make the legal decision?+

No. Technology organises what you tell us and prepares a draft from it. The legal assessment, the review and the final document are an advocate’s work and an advocate’s responsibility.

How do I know what it will cost?+

Every service in the catalogue shows its professional fee before you begin, and the fee shown is the fee charged. Where a matter is priced by the value involved, the band that applies to yours is shown before payment. Any applicable tax treatment is calculated on the transaction and shown before payment.

Can I get a physical copy delivered?+

Digital delivery is included in every service. Where a matter needs a posted copy, physical dispatch is offered as a separate, separately priced step.

What languages can I use?+

Hindi or English. Describe what happened in whichever you are comfortable with.

Where can I see what is happening with my matter?+

In your account. Orders, advocate updates, documents, delivery records and the next action are all in one place, so you do not have to ask for a status.

Ask a person

Not answered here?

Ask it directly. WhatsApp is watched around the clock, and a question about whether we can help costs nothing to ask.

Or write to us

Or send the question in writing

Useful when the answer depends on documents or dates you would rather set out carefully. You keep a copy of what you sent.

Would rather not type it all out?

One message is enough to begin. No form, no account, and no need to know what the service is called.

Message us instead

One of the two is enough — whichever you would rather be reached on. A number gets a WhatsApp reply, which is faster; an address is where a copy and any documents can be sent. Or message us instead.

A short message is enough. We will tell you what applies to your matter.
