1. Before work starts
If your document has not been generated yet, you get a full refund. Ask within 7 working days of payment.
2. After your document is generated
Once a document has been generated, the fee is not refundable. Every document is advocate-checked, so the Bharosa guarantee applies: we redraft it free until you’re happy, or refund your fee.
3. Speed Post and dispatch
Dispatch fees cannot be refunded once a notice has been sent by post or email.
4. Government charges
Stamp duty, registration fees and court fees paid to the government on your behalf cannot be refunded by us once paid.
5. Saathi memberships
You can cancel a Saathi plan at any time. Your current month or year stays active, and no further charges are made. Partial periods are not refunded.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If money is deducted but the order fails, or you are charged twice, the extra amount is refunded automatically through Razorpay.
7. How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98290 72551 or email info@legaldoc360.com with your order ID. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
