1. About LegalDoc360
LegalDoc360 is operated by Tech Innovation Inc. It is a legal technology platform that connects you with independent advocates enrolled with State Bar Councils and helps prepare, sign and deliver legal documents. LegalDoc360 is not a law firm and does not give legal advice itself. The advocate who handles your matter is responsible for the legal work.
2. Free conversations on WhatsApp
Talking to an advocate on WhatsApp is free. These conversations give general guidance on your options. Paid work starts only when you place an order and complete payment.
3. Orders and prices
Each service shows its price, including GST, before you pay. The price you click is the price at checkout. Optional extras, such as an advocate check or Speed Post, are added only if you select them. Government charges such as stamp duty, registration fees and court fees are charged at actual cost and shown separately when your matter needs them.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, cards or net banking. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give true and complete facts and documents.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Read and approve every draft before it is sent or filed.
- Keep your login and OTP details private.
6. Advocate work and approval
The advocate prepares your document from the facts you give. You can ask for changes before approving. Nothing is sent, signed or filed on your behalf until you approve it.
7. Turnaround
Turnaround times shown on each service are estimates. They can change if more information is needed, or if courts, government offices or postal services are delayed.
8. Saathi memberships
Saathi plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your current billing period stays active. Benefits that are not used in a period do not carry over unless the plan says so.
9. Intellectual property
The documents prepared for you are yours to use for your matter. The website, templates, software and brand belong to Tech Innovation Inc.
10. Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the platform accurate and available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The outcome of any legal matter cannot be guaranteed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
