We never sell your data.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

LegalDoc360 is a product of Tech Innovation Inc., 6, Shilp Colony, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302012. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

  • Contact details: name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email and state.
  • Your matter: what you tell us on WhatsApp or the website, and documents you share (for example a bank return memo or rent agreement).
  • Order and payment status: what you bought and whether payment succeeded. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay, and are not stored by us.
  • Advocates who register: enrolment number, Bar Council, Bar ID, photo, practice areas and languages.
  • Usage data: pages visited and buttons tapped, to improve the website.

3. Why we use it

  • To connect you with a verified advocate and prepare your document or notice.
  • To call or message you about the request you made, including when you have not completed payment.
  • To process payments, issue GST invoices and deliver documents.
  • To meet legal duties, prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.
  • To improve our services. We ask for separate consent before sending marketing messages.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you contact us or place an order, and for the legitimate uses allowed under the DPDP Act.

4. Who we share it with

  • The advocate assigned to your matter, who is bound by professional confidentiality.
  • Service providers who help us run the platform: payment (Razorpay), messaging (WhatsApp), e-stamp and e-sign providers, and cloud hosting. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
  • Government authorities, courts or regulators when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your matter is active and for as long as the law requires us to keep records (for example tax records). After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:
  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  • withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done);
  • nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to;
