Is LegalDoc360 a law firm?
No. LegalDoc360 is a legal technology platform. Legal work is done by independent advocates enrolled with State Bar Councils under the Advocates Act, 1961, who take professional responsibility for it.
Does the technology make the legal decision?
No. Every document is drafted, checked and signed by a verified advocate.
Which languages do you support?
Hindi and English everywhere, and major regional languages with our advocates.
Fees & payment
Is talking to an advocate free?
Yes, always. Chat with a verified advocate on WhatsApp at no cost. You pay only if you order a document, notice or filing.
Will the price change after I click?
No. The price you click is the price at checkout. Optional extras are never added unless you tick them.
How do I know what it will cost?
Every service shows its fee before you pay. Money notices start from ₹99, and your exact price is shown before you pay.
What is extra?
Stamp duty, registration and court fees, charged at actual cost with receipts.
Is GST included?
Yes. Every price on LegalDoc360 includes GST, for documents, bundles and monthly plans. Nothing is added at checkout, and you get a GST invoice for every order.
Refunds & guarantee
What is the Bharosa guarantee?
If an advocate-checked document isn’t right, we redraft it free until you’re happy, or refund your fee.
Can I get a refund before work starts?
Yes. If your document hasn’t been generated yet, you get a full refund.
Can I cancel a Saathi plan?
Yes, any time. Your current billing period stays active.
Privacy
Who sees my documents?
Only you and your assigned advocate. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Can I get a physical copy?
Yes. Digital delivery is included; a posted copy is an add-on.
