What this is
A monthly retainer with a panel advocate as your business's legal advisor - a set allowance each month for contract reviews and drafting, notices and replies, compliance questions, HR and vendor issues, and day-to-day advice by call and message - so you have a lawyer on hand without hiring one. It is for small and growing businesses, startups and NGOs. Work beyond the plan is quoted separately.
What you get
A monthly legal advisor retainer under a signed engagement letter on our letterhead, giving your business a named panel advocate, a monthly allowance of advisory time and document work as set out in the plan you choose, response within the times the plan states, a monthly summary of matters handled, and priority access to LAW FIRM's other services at the plan's terms. The engagement letter records the scope, exclusions such as court appearances and litigation, confidentiality, conflict checks, the monthly fee, and termination. Work outside the plan is quoted before it is done.
