What this is
An agreement to sell immovable property - a plot, flat, house or shop - recording the price, the advance paid, the payment schedule, the date for completing the sale, the conditions each side must meet, and what happens if either side backs out. It is the document signed before the sale deed. Our panel advocate drafts and reviews it and delivers it signed on letterhead; stamping and any registration are separate steps we explain.
