What this is

A Will setting out who receives your property, money, investments and belongings after you, who will carry it out as executor, and guardianship of minor children, drafted so it is valid under the Indian Succession Act and hard to challenge. It is for anyone who owns anything and wants to decide who gets it. Our panel advocate drafts and reviews the Will and delivers it signed on letterhead; execution before two witnesses, and registration if you choose it, are separate steps we explain.
