- Mandatory 30-min consult
What this is
Bail is a liberty-affecting, time-critical matter. We do not operate any DIY or automated bail filing. Every bail engagement on LegalDoc360 includes a mandatory 30-minute consult with a senior advocate, and the actual courtroom appearance is handled by a panel-empanelled criminal advocate licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. This is that consult, on its own. You describe what has happened — whether an FIR exists, whether an arrest has been made, which police station and which court — and a senior advocate tells you which kind of bail applies, which court it is filed in, what the grounds are, and what the realistic next step is.
What you get
A 30-minute consultation with a senior advocate on your bail matter, by call or video, followed by a written note setting out which kind of bail applies, the court, the grounds, the documents needed and the immediate next step.
