What this is

Drafting and filing a consumer complaint before the District, State or National Consumer Commission - on the e-Daakhil portal where available - against a seller, manufacturer, service provider, builder, insurer, bank or platform for a defective product, deficient service, unfair trade practice or refund refusal, with the affidavit, annexures and fee, and representation at hearings where the plan includes it. It is for consumers who have not been resolved by complaint or notice. Court fees are shown separately.
