What this is
Filing a complaint or application before the labour authorities or the Industrial Tribunal - unpaid wages or full and final settlement, wrongful termination or retrenchment, gratuity, bonus, PF or ESI defaults, or a grievance the employer has ignored - under the Labour Codes and the state rules, with the pleadings, documents and representation as the plan includes. It is for employees and workers whose notice or grievance has not been answered. Court or authority fees, if any, are shown separately.
What you get
A labour complaint or application drafted, reviewed and signed by our panel advocate and filed in the correct forum - the grievance redressal committee and conciliation officer, the Industrial Tribunal for a termination dispute, the authority under the Code on Wages for a wage claim, the controlling authority for gratuity, or the EPFO or ESIC for contribution defaults - with the statement of claim, the computation of dues, the documents and witness list, and the application for condonation of delay where the period has passed, the filing acknowledgement and first date delivered, and representation at conciliation and hearings as the plan includes, with a note on interim relief, the employer's likely defences and settlement. Fees of the forum are shown separately and not included in our fee.
