What this is
A divorce by mutual consent from start to finish - the settlement terms on maintenance, custody, property and belongings agreed and recorded, the joint petition drafted, the first motion filed and both spouses represented, the waiting period or its waiver handled, the second motion filed and represented, and the decree obtained - where both spouses agree to separate and have lived apart for the period the law requires.
