What this is

Send a legal notice to a seller, brand, service provider or online platform that supplied a defective product, gave deficient service, overcharged you, failed to deliver, or refused a refund. It is for individuals who bought goods or services for personal use. Our panel advocate drafts, reviews and signs the notice on letterhead and it is sent to the company by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.

What you get
