Legal Notice for Specific Performance (property)
- Fee
- ₹2,499
- Turnaround
- 3-5 days
What this is
Send a legal notice to a seller who signed an agreement to sell you a plot, flat, house or other property, took your advance, and is now delaying, refusing or trying to back out. The notice records that you are ready to pay the balance and calls upon the seller to execute the sale deed by a fixed date. It is for buyers of immovable property under a written agreement. Our panel advocate drafts, reviews and signs the notice on letterhead and it is sent to the seller by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.
What you get
A legal notice drafted and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead, setting out the agreement, the consideration and the amount already paid, your readiness and willingness to pay the balance, the seller's default, and a call to execute and register the sale deed on a fixed date, with the alternative demand of refund with interest and damages that you choose. Sent to the seller by email and WhatsApp. Optional tracked speed post (+₹79) adds the dispatch receipt, tracking ID and delivery acknowledgement. Includes a short note on the suit for specific performance, the three-year time limit, and the steps that protect your position in the meantime.
