What this is

Send a legal notice from your business to an employee who has stopped coming to work without information, left without serving the notice period, has not returned company property, or has broken a bond, confidentiality or other term of the employment agreement. It is for employers, HR teams and business owners. Our panel advocate drafts, reviews and signs the notice on letterhead and it is sent to the employee by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.

What you get

A legal notice to the employee on behalf of your business, drafted and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead. Depending on what you choose, it calls upon the employee to resume duty or explain the absence within a fixed time, and or demands notice pay, bond amount or other agreed sums and the return of company property. Sent to the employee by email and WhatsApp. Optional tracked speed post (+₹79) adds the dispatch receipt, tracking ID and delivery acknowledgement. Includes a short note on the steps available if the employee does not respond, such as recording abandonment of service in line with your standing orders or policy, or a civil suit for the amount and property.

How it works

  2. Confirm the employee and the breachConfirm the employee's designation, joining date, last attendance or resignation date, the kind of breach, and any amount and property you want back.
  3. Answer the advocate's questionsWhat letters you have already sent, what the employee last communicated, whether any salary or dues are held back, and what you want the notice to achieve.
  4. PayPay the fee. Tracked speed post is optional.
  5. Advocate drafts and signsOur panel advocate reviews the agreement, checks which terms are enforceable, drafts the notice and signs it on letterhead.
  6. Notice is sentThe notice goes to the employee by email and WhatsApp, and by speed post if chosen. You receive your copy and the next-steps note.
