What this is

Send a legal notice to your current or former employer for unpaid salary, full and final settlement, gratuity, notice pay or other dues, or to challenge a termination you believe was wrongful. It is for employees of private companies, firms, schools, hospitals and similar establishments. Our panel advocate drafts, reviews and signs the notice on letterhead and it is sent to the employer by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.

What you get

A legal notice to the employer, drafted and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead, setting out your employment, the dues claimed with a breakdown, and, where relevant, why the termination is challenged and what you require. Sent to the employer by email and WhatsApp. Optional tracked speed post (+₹79) adds the dispatch receipt, tracking ID and delivery acknowledgement. Includes a short note on the forums available if the employer does not respond, such as the wage claims authority, the labour department for conciliation, the Industrial Tribunal, or a civil suit, depending on your role.
