What this is
Send a legal notice to your landlord if your security deposit has not been refunded, you are being harassed or pressured to leave, essential services have been cut, repairs are being ignored, or rent is being raised or receipts refused in breach of your agreement. It is for residential and commercial tenants across India. Our panel advocate drafts, reviews and signs the notice on letterhead and it is sent to the landlord by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.
What you get
A legal notice to the landlord, drafted and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead, setting out the tenancy, the breach complained of, the amount demanded where any, and the action the landlord is called upon to take within a fixed time.
