What this is

A birth or death certificate from the municipal or panchayat registrar - a fresh certificate, a correction of name, date or spelling, a copy of a lost certificate, or a delayed registration where the birth or death was not registered in time, including the district registrar's permission or the magistrate's order that delayed cases need. It is for parents, families and legal heirs.

What you get
