What this is

Registration of your marriage and issue of the marriage certificate - under the Hindu Marriage Act, the Special Marriage Act (including a civil marriage where you have not yet married), or your state's compulsory registration rules - the application, documents, witnesses, appointment and the certificate. It is for couples who have married by ceremony and need the certificate, and for couples marrying by civil registration.

What you get

A registered marriage and the marriage certificate: the correct route identified for your case, the application prepared on the state portal or in the prescribed form, the affidavits and declarations drafted by our panel advocate and signed on letterhead, the documents and witnesses checklist, the appointment booked with the Registrar of Marriages or Marriage Officer, guidance for the appearance, and the certificate collected and delivered. For a Special Marriage Act civil marriage, this includes the notice of intended marriage, the thirty-day notice period, and the solemnisation appointment. Government fees are shown separately and not included in our fee.

What to have ready
