What this is
Registration of a property sale deed at the Sub-Registrar - stamp duty and registration fee computed on the higher of the price and the circle rate for your state, the deed prepared or checked, the e-stamp or challan, TDS on the purchase where it applies, the appointment, the documents and witnesses, and the registered deed collected and delivered. It is for buyers and sellers of flats, houses, plots, shops and land.
What you get
A registered sale deed: the stamp duty, registration fee and any surcharge computed for your state on the higher of the consideration and the circle rate, the deed prepared by our panel advocate and signed on letterhead where we draft it or reviewed where you supply it, the e-stamp or challan procured, guidance on TDS deduction and Form 26QB where the price exceeds the threshold, the Sub-Registrar appointment booked, a checklist of the documents, photographs and witnesses to carry, attendance by our representative at the registration where the plan includes it, and the registered deed with the receipt delivered to you, with a note on mutation of records afterwards. Stamp duty, registration fee, TDS and government charges are shown separately and not included in our fee.
How it works
