What this is
E-stamping and registration of your rent or leave-and-licence agreement - we compute the stamp duty and registration fee for your state, arrange the e-stamp, book the Sub-Registrar appointment or complete the online registration where your state offers it, and deliver the registered agreement. It is for landlords and tenants who have agreed terms and need the agreement made official. Where you do not yet have an agreement, we draft it first.
