What this is

Reply to a loan notice from a bank or NBFC - a demand or recall notice, a Section 13(2) SARFAESI demand, a possession or auction notice, a Lok Adalat or arbitration notice, or a settlement offer - so your objections and repayment position are recorded within the statutory windows. Our panel advocate drafts and signs the reply on letterhead and sends it by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.

What you get

A reply or representation to the lender, drafted, reviewed and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead. For a Section 13(2) notice, a representation under Section 13(3A) raising every objection - NPA classification, the amount claimed, service of the notice, the description of the security, exempt assets and procedural defects - which the lender must answer with reasons. For other notices, a reply recording the account position, payments, disputes, any restructuring or settlement request, and your proposal. Sent to the authorised officer or branch by email and WhatsApp. Optional tracked speed post (+₹79) adds the dispatch receipt, tracking ID and delivery acknowledgement. Includes a short note on the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the forty-five-day window after any possession or sale step, and the ombudsman and settlement routes.
