What this is

Reply to a cheque bounce notice you have received under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Our panel advocate records your side - that the cheque was security, the debt was already paid, the amount is disputed, or the notice is defective - and sends the reply to the sender by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.

What you get

A reply to the Section 138 notice, drafted, reviewed and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead, denying or explaining the liability point by point, recording any payment or settlement offer you choose to make, and reserving your defences. Sent to the sender by email and WhatsApp. Optional tracked speed post (+₹79) adds the dispatch receipt, tracking ID and delivery acknowledgement. Includes a short note on the fifteen-day payment window, the complaint the sender may file after it, and how the reply is used in that case.
