What this is
Reply, as a seller, service provider, professional or platform, to a consumer legal notice or to a notice from a Consumer Commission with a complaint attached. Our panel advocate drafts and signs your reply or written version on letterhead so your defence is on record within the time allowed, and sends it by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.
What you get
A reply to the consumer's notice, or a written version of the case for filing before the District, State or National Commission where a complaint has been admitted, drafted, reviewed and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead, answering each allegation, setting out the transaction record, the terms, any resolution offered, and the legal objections available. Sent to the complainant or their advocate by email and WhatsApp. Optional tracked speed post (+₹79) adds the dispatch receipt, tracking ID and delivery acknowledgement. Where the Commission has issued the notice, includes a note on filing the written version and appearing on the date fixed; filing and appearance are separate steps.
