What this is

Reply to a notice from your employer - a show-cause notice, a termination or absconding letter, a bond or notice-pay recovery demand, or a charge sheet - so your position is on record before anything is decided against you. Our panel advocate drafts and signs the reply on letterhead and sends it by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.

What you get

A reply to the employer's notice, drafted, reviewed and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead, answering each allegation or demand, recording your account of events, the dues owed to you, and the relief you seek, within the time the notice gives. Sent to the employer by email and WhatsApp. Optional tracked speed post (+₹79) adds the dispatch receipt, tracking ID and delivery acknowledgement. Includes a short note on the inquiry, labour authority and tribunal routes that may follow, and the time limits that apply to them.
