What this is
Respond to a notice or summons from the police or a statutory authority - a notice of appearance under Section 35(3) of the BNSS, a call to join an investigation, a notice from a women's commission, human rights commission, labour department, municipal body or similar authority - so that you appear or reply correctly, on time and on record, without saying anything that harms you. Our panel advocate drafts and signs the written response on letterhead.
What you get
A written response to the notice, drafted, reviewed and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead, confirming your appearance or cooperation where required, recording your position on the allegation with the documents that support it, and preserving your rights, together with a short briefing on what to say and not say when you appear. Sent to the officer or authority by email and WhatsApp where the notice permits, and by tracked speed post if you choose it (+₹79), with the dispatch receipt and delivery acknowledgement. Includes a note on anticipatory protection, legal representation at the appearance, and the further steps that may follow; appearance with an advocate is a separate step.
