What this is

Reply to a notice from your housing society, apartment owners' association or RWA - maintenance dues, a fine, an alleged violation of bye-laws, parking, renovation, pets, tenants, nuisance or a threat to disconnect services - so your response and any counter-grievance are on record. Our panel advocate drafts and signs the reply on letterhead and sends it by email and WhatsApp, with tracked speed post if you choose it.

What you get

A reply to the society's notice, drafted, reviewed and signed by our panel advocate on letterhead, answering each demand or allegation with reference to the bye-laws, the state cooperative or apartment law, your payment record and the facts, and recording any counter-grievance. Sent to the secretary or committee by email and WhatsApp. Optional tracked speed post (+₹79) adds the dispatch receipt, tracking ID and delivery acknowledgement. Includes a short note on the registrar, tribunal or court routes on both sides and what the society may and may not lawfully do.
